Designated platform counsel. After the analyst, they re-read the pack and apply or withhold the Havenrified seal. That is HavenRify’s trust process — not personal representation unless you hire them separately.
Independent
Your solicitor
Your own licensed Nigerian counsel. They advise you on the purchase and confirm title at the Lands Registry. A Havenrified seal does not replace that work, a valuation, or title insurance.
Verify
Providers complete CAC or NIN KYC. Listings cannot submit without a Nigeria title pack. Analysts review the instruments; HavenRify counsel applies the Havenrified seal. That is not your personal solicitor. Deeper registry and court searches are assisted today — the seal is a process, not an automated Lands Registry certificate.
Score
A published 0–100 HavenRify Score with transparent pillars. File risk (FR-1) is computed for operators. This is decision-support — not a valuation, legal opinion, or title insurance.
Act
Save projects, register interest from ₦5,000,000 when ops opens offers, and ask the Trust Advisor against listing evidence. No payment until HavenRify enables pay on that offer. Funded escrow, when live, is 1.5% (min ₦150,000, cap ₦5,000,000).

- CAC or NIN KYC for provider organisations (Prembly, with a Mono fallback).
- A hard Nigeria title pack before submit — C of O or allocation letter plus attestation, survey, and deed or sublease.
- Analyst first pass, HavenRify counsel seal, published HavenRify Score, and watermarked documents only after NDA and HavenRify counsel release.
- Interest offers from ₦5,000,000 when ops opens a listing. No payment until pay is enabled on that offer.
What we do not claim
- HavenRify is not a bank, Lands Registry, or title insurer. Always confirm title with your own licensed solicitor and the relevant Lands Registry before committing capital. HavenRify counsel seals the listing; they are not your personal lawyer by default.
- Land-registry, court, and Surveyor-General searches are assisted by operators against the uploaded pack — they are not a live nationwide API.
- The score and seal are decision-support. They do not replace a personal solicitor or a formal valuation.

Lagos and Abuja title paths, NGN pricing, NDPR-aligned document handling. Escrow when funded: 1.5% of the funded offer amount (minimum ₦150,000, capped at ₦5,000,000). Interest must be at least ₦5,000,000. No charge until funds actually move.
