We use essential cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in (Supabase auth session), remember theme preference, and protect the service. These are required for core functionality.

Server-side product events (listing drafts, document uploads, diligence steps, interest offers) are stored in our database to run the product and to detect abuse such as cloned title packs and offer spam. Those records are not third-party advertising cookies. Unique listing-page views for sellers use a local visitor id. Paid-campaign UTMs are stored in sessionStorage on this device so landing copy can match the ad. Optional Google Analytics and Microsoft UET tags load only if you allow ads measurement and only if HavenRify has configured those IDs. You can clear cookies and site data in your browser; signing out clears the auth session.
