Targets for Estate and counsel-backed Pipeline customers. Best-effort applies to free Browse and Starter until a paid plan is active.

• Uptime: 99.5% monthly target for core web and API routes (excludes scheduled maintenance).
• Counsel seal (Pipeline): 5 business days typical after a complete title pack.
• Counsel seal (Estate): 48-hour target after a complete title pack.
• Incidents: Critical production issues acknowledged within 4 business hours via hello@cyberkonsults.com.
