Privacy Policy

What we collect
Account data (email, name, role), authentication sessions, provider KYC references (CAC/NIN metadata as submitted), property listing fields, document metadata and content hashes, saved properties, escrow offer records, and Copilot chat messages you send.
Why we process it
To operate Discover, scoring, counsel seals, provider onboarding, escrow offers, and AI assistance. HavenRify Scores use property documents, developer profile fields, and investment assumptions for decision-support only — not legal advice or a formal valuation.
Where it lives
Data is stored in Supabase (Postgres + auth + storage). Production hosting is on Vercel. Payment providers (when enabled) receive only what is required to fund or refund escrow — currently offers may remain pending without live Paystack keys.
NDPR rights
Processing aligns with Nigeria’s NDPR (and GDPR principles where applicable). You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data in Account settings (when signed in) or by emailing hello@cyberkonsults.com. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
Account and listing data are retained while your account or listing is active and for audit trails required for diligence. Score snapshots may retain pillar breakdowns for methodology versioning.
