Acceptance
By using HavenRify you agree to these terms and applicable Nigerian law. If you use the platform for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.
Decision-support only
Listings, HavenRify Scores, Copilot answers, ROI / expert projections, and DD summaries are informational decision-support. They are not legal advice, title insurance, a guarantee of title, or a formal valuation. Always confirm with licensed counsel and the relevant Lands Registry before committing capital.
Accounts & roles
You are responsible for credentials and for accurate KYC and listing data you submit. Provider listings may remain unpublished until counsel applies a Havenrified seal. Misrepresentation may result in suspension. Role duties and the listing RACI are described on the public Roles & FAQ page.
Escrow & payments
Escrow offers may be created in pending mode when live payment keys are not configured. Funded checkout, when enabled, is subject to the payment provider’s terms. HavenRify is not a bank or title insurer.
Plans
Published pricing describes commercial intent. Checkout may be invoice or bank transfer until card payments are enabled. Plan entitlements (quotas, featured slots) may roll out progressively.
